Foley City Reports: Dozen single-family residences permitted - Baldwin County NOW: "FOLEY, Ala. — The Community Development Department’s monthly report continues to reflect an improving economy locally, especially in light of last year’s construction figures. CDD’s report was given earlier this week.

For October, the Building/Inspections Department issued 126 total permits at a total evaluation of over $3.2 million. Twelve single-family residences were permitted last month at a total construction valuation of over $1.6 million. One new commercial permit was issued for Coastal Investment Medical Properties ($980,000)."
