Syfy channel probes lighthouse specters | pnj.com | Pensacola News Journal: "For more than 150 years, the Pensacola Lighthouse has beamed out light to ships as far as 27 miles away.

On Wednesday, the lore of the lighthouse will beam across the entire country.

"Ghost Hunters," the Syfy channel's most-watched program, will air an episode on the Pensacola Lighthouse at Pensacola Naval Air Station.

Last week, "Ghost Hunters" aired a short segment on supposed paranormal activity at the Pensacola Historical Museum, which is housed in the 124-year-old Arbona building in downtown Pensacola."
