Coast Guard Sector Mobile received a call at approximately 4 p.m., Friday from Sea Tow, reporting they had received a call from a mariner Thursday, stating he was departing Mobile Bay and was scheduled to arrive in Panama City, Friday at noon. The mariner did not report his scheduled arrival to Sea Tow."
