Orange Beach mayor to present terms to Integra Water in sewage treatment pact | Breaking News from the Press-Register - al.com: "ORANGE BEACH, Ala. -- Mayor Tony Kennon said he intends to bring a contract to the City Council on Tuesday that would put the city in the business of treating sewage sent from a private utility company.

During a council work session last week Kennon outlined the terms of the deal he said he would offer to Integra Water. Earlier this month the council voted unanimously to allow Kennon to negotiate a pact with Integra, which holds a contract with the nonprofit East Central Baldwin County Water, Sewer and Fire Protection Authority to provide sewer service over a large rural area in southeast Baldwin County."
