Vendors are needed for the Orange Beach recreation department's Dec. 5 holiday bazaar, 'Gifted.' Suitable for artists, crafters and home vendors, Gifted is open to commercial and home businesses. It will be held in the city's Recreation Center at 4849 Wilson Blvd. from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; set-up for vendors will be Dec. 4.
