Heritage Harbor Days open Friday - al.com

Heritage Harbor Days open Friday - al.com: "FOLEY — Since 2001, Heritage Harbor Days has shown off Baldwin culture from Oklahoma to North Carolina, but for the county's bicentennial, the celebration comes home this weekend, organizers said.

Heritage Harbor Days kicks off Friday with the start of a three-day celebration of local history and culture, Kathy Danielson, director of the Foley Convention and Visitors Bureau, which sponsors the event. The festival takes place at Heritage Park on U.S. 98 through Sunday.

As part of Baldwin County's 200th anniversary in 2009, this year's heritage festival promises to be bigger than past events, she said."
