State corrections officer in Loxley accused of having sex with inmate - al.com: "A state corrections officer at the Loxley Work Release Center was arrested on a felony charge of sexual misconduct with an inmate, authorities said Monday.

Dale Wayne Talley, 43, of Daphne was charged Sept. 29, according to Brian Corbett, Alabama Department of Corrections spokesman. Corbett said that the incident was reported Sept. 27.

Talley was released on $15,000 bail, according to Baldwin County Corrections Center records. Talley, who has resigned from his corrections post, could not be reached for comment Monday."
