4-Year-Old Killed In ATV Accident - Foley Alabama - WKRG.com: "Foley Police are investigating an ATV accident that killed a 4-year-old Monday night. Police say it happened on South Chestnut Street near Franklin Avenue in Foley, that's near the Beulah Heights Community. Police tell News 5 the child was riding on an ATV with an adult when they stuck an unseen wire.
The child was pronounced dead at the scene. The adult was transported to South Baldwin Regional Medical Center.
