Women's group plans cancer benefits - al.com: "The Redneck Riviera chapter of the Wonderful Wacky Woman is planning two events this weekend to raise money for cancer research and treatment: first, a walkathon/run to benefit the American Cancer Society; second, a silent auction and 50/50 drawing to benefit Jensen Byrd, a 4-year-old boy from Gulf Shores with stage IV neuroblastoma.

Suzy Toronto, artist/author and the inspiration for the women's group, will make an appearance and will be available to sign her books and prints at the Flora-Bama at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. Profits will benefit the American Cancer Society."
