Tuesday night, a group called 'No 48 million Dollar Debt' voted to start a petition that would put the maritime park bonds up for a citywide referendum.

They now need to get signatures from at least 15 percent of the city of Pensacola's registered voters--just over 58-hundred people--by December 8."
