Gulf Shores' Christian Service Center will give free blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and anemia screenings Nov. 24 from 9 to 11:30 a.m. in the parking lot at Gulf Shores First Presbyterian Church, 309 E. 21st Ave. The event is co-sponsored by Sacred Heart Health System's 'Mission in Motion' team.

Free, same-day results will be provided. Participants should be 18 or older and are advised but not required to fast for four hours before the screening."
