Commission says no to home park plan - al.com: "ROBERTSDALE — In one of the first major tests of their new comprehensive land-use document, Baldwin County planners voted unanimously Thursday night to oppose plans for a new manufactured home park between Lillian and Elberta.

The Planning and Zoning Commission voted 10-0 to recommend that county commissioners reject a rezoning request for Heartland Enterprises on U.S. 98 east of Elberta.

Heartland president Denise Valentine wants the nearly 11 acres rezoned from RA, rural agriculture, to B-3, general business district, and RMH, residential manufactured housing park."
