Victim is found in water in SUV - al.com: "FORT MORGAN — A man was found dead Sunday inside a submerged vehicle off the ferry dock at the end of Fort Morgan Road, according to Baldwin County authorities.

Investigators were able to identify the victim inside the sport utility vehicle, Maj. Anthony Lowery of the Baldwin County Sheriff's Department said.

He declined to release a name, pending notification of family, but described the victim as a black male."
