Art group signs deal for facility - al.com: "ORANGE BEACH — With original plans to construct an arts educational facility on Alabama Gulf Coast public property now off the table, a private company has come through with a leasing deal the art group says will allow it to start giving lessons by the end of the year.

Beach CITE Studios Inc. will lease space from an Orange Beach retail and dining venue, SanRoc Cay Marina, for the nonprofit group's planned arts facility, Jim Coughlin, executive director for Beach CITE Studios said.

'It's a win-win for everybody,' said Coughlin, who explained that the process will be sped up because the organization only has to remodel, not construct, a facility. Initial plans called for the construction of a new structure."
