Ex-town clerk arrested again - al.com: "The former town clerk of Loxley was arrested on an embezzlement charge last month, the latest legal fallout from her time with the central Baldwin County community.
Kay Hicks, 52, of Robertsdale, was charged with first-degree theft by deception. She was booked into the Baldwin County Corrections Center on June 18 and released on $20,000 bail, according to jail and court records.
Hicks was indicted by a county grand jury in May on a charge of embezzling more than $2,500 from the town, according to court records."
