Laurie Deiter, tournament director and participant, came in just before the 5 p.m. deadline to get the large dolphin she caught to the scales. The dolphin came in at 40.1 pounds, catapulting Deiter, of the boat "Blue Sky," into first place over Christa Quinley of "Clearbrook," who finished second with a catch of 25.7 pounds."
