St. Clair Times - Pell City men help make pier a reality: "The largest fishing pier along the Gulf Coast has connections to two Pell City men. Helping this pier come to fruition are Barnett Lawley, Commissioner for the Alabama Department of Conservation, and Sonny Foster, Construction Superintendent for the Alabama Department of Conservation."
