McDonald's buys lot in Foley's Magnolia Walk - al.com: "McDonald's Corp. paid $525,000 for a lot in the Mag nolia Walk development at the northwest corner of the Foley Beach Express and Baldwin County 20 in Foley, according to Tim Herrington of Herrington Realty and Greg Saad of Saad Realty , who handled the transaction. Construction will start later this year, and the fast-food restaurant should open next spring, Herrington said."
