Domestic dispute turns deadly | Fox10tv.com: "LOXLEY, Ala. - Baldwin County deputies say Andrew Buettner was upset that his wife left him after they had an argument. He went to find her and their kids at a home on County Road 68.

Sheriff Huey Mack says that's where Buettner's in-laws live and the suspect thought his wife would be here. 'The occupants of the dwelling informed him his family was not there and he should leave,' said Mack, but Buettner didn't, so he tried to break-in.

That's when his brother-in-law grabbed a gun and shot Buettner in the chest. 'Mr. Buettner was pronounced dead on the scene,' said Mack."
