September 15, 2009 - Orange Beach, AL - The Alabama Gulf Coast Area Chamber of Commerce Catch the Island Spirit Committee presented its award for the month of September to Joe Slupski with Turquoise Place Condominiums in Orange Beach.
The nomination stated “Joe Slupski is an amazing individual! He meets, greets and treats everyone like a family member he hasn’t seen in years. No matter how challenging it has been to bring Turquoise Place in to full operation, he is always working full stream with a smile, a compliment and a good word for everyone. Joe takes care of the common areas and is always looking to improve the cleanliness and the ambiance of the resort. Joe is an excellent example of what Island Spirit is all about.”
In addition to a plaque, Joe received an ‘Island Spirit’ lapel pin, and a cash award. The Catch the Island Spirit Award is presented each month to an individual who works on our island and offers great customer service to our guests and residents.
