Foley police officer dragged after traffic stop | Local15tv.com, Mobile & Pensacola News, Entertainment, Videos, Business Search and Shopping: "(FOLEY, Ala.) Sept. 25 - Foley police say an officer was dragged 15 feet after a routine traffic stop Friday night.

According to police, the officer stopped Anthony Lee Taylor for a traffic violation on Highway 59 near the Tanger Outlet Mall and discovered narcotics in the car, that is when the driver hit the officer, dragging him 15 feet."
