Charge: Murder by throwing street sign - al.com: "A 19-year-old accused of flinging a street sign at a passing car was being held in the Baldwin County Corrections Center on a murder charge Sunday after the driver of the vehicle was struck in the face and killed, police said.
Jonathan Hadley was arrested Saturday night by the Alabama Bureau of Investigation, said Cpl. Steve Smith, Alabama State Troopers spokesman. The jail booking information listed the suspect's address as Fairhope, but Smith said Hadley lived in Foley's Sweet Gum subdivision near where the wreck took place.
The driver of the wrecked car has not been positively identified, Smith said. He said troopers and ABI investigators do not believe that the two men knew each other."
