Driver killed after object flies through windshield - al.com: "An unidentified man died in south Baldwin County early Saturday morning after an object was thrown at his car on Baldwin County 55 in an incident that authorities said is being investigated as a homicide.

The wreck was reported at 2:31 a.m., according to Cpl. Steve Smith, spokesman for the Alabama State Troopers.

'At first, the only report we had was that it was a fatal wreck, but when our people got there, they found that something may have happened prior to the wreck that could have caused it,' Smith said."
