Honor Flight takes off from Mobile | Fox10tv.com: "MOBILE, Ala. - Nearly 100 South Alabama World War II Veterans are traveling to Washington D.C. Wednesday to see the memorial built in their honor. Fox10 News Reporter Hubert Tate and Photographer Franz Barraza are tagging along for the ride to document the visit.

It's all made possible by the Honor Flight Program. It was started five years ago. Organizers say the program helps those veterans who have financial hardship or physical disabilities, and would otherwise never get the chance to see the memorial."
