Sewer plant 40 percent complete - Baldwin County NOW - A Gulf Coast Information Source for South Alabama: "ORANGE BEACH, Ala. — With 40 percent of its work done, Orange Beach hosted a tour through the new Waste Water Treatment Plant Wednesday to show residents what its municipality is doing to enhance the city."

“Inviting people to see what we are doing on a daily basis is key in understanding the issues at hand,” Mayor Tony Kennon said.

Located just behind the city’s operating sewage plant, a $25 million plant is currently under construction. The new facility will be able to treat 10 million gallons of sewage every day.
