Condo climb proves fatal - al.com: "GULF SHORES — A 35-year-old Georgia man died Sunday in a Pensacola hospital after falling from the third story of an East Beach condo building he was scaling early that morning, authorities said.

Paul Stanley Grimes III and friends had returned from Saturday night's Widespread Panic concert in Orange Beach to the third-floor Regatta Condominiums unit they were staying at and discovered they were locked out, said Cpl. Justin Clopton of the Gulf Shores Police Department.

Grimes decided to try to climb up the building's balconies to the group's condo and open it that way, Clopton said Monday."
