Sales tax hike proposed for Tanger Outlet Center - al.com: "Sales taxes at Foley's outlet mall could be increasing by a half cent under a proposal to be presented today to the City Council.

The revenue from the city tax would go back to the Tanger Outlet Mall with the money used to promote the facility and area, said Mayor John Koniar."
