Colonial Properties Trust honored with EPA award - Birmingham Business Journal:: "Colonial Properties Trust said it will receive an award from the U.S. Environment Protection Agency for water conservation at four of its Alabama and Texas properties.

The Birmingham-based real estate investment trust (NYSE: CLP) will be awarded the Water Efficiency Leader Award from the EPA related to several of its office properties and apartment communities."
