Officer Stephen Bond was on board a 21 foot boat Sunday when it capsized. His fellow boaters: Officer Michael Green, his girlfriend Becky Welch, Officer Jonathan Navas, and his wife Whitney were all rescued Monday afternoon about 9 miles Southwest of Ship Island."
