The latest centers around the location for the Admiral John H Fetterman Maritime Museum.

Along with the ballpark, restaurants, retail shops and a public park...The Maritime Museum was central to the plan voters approved in 2006.

Most of the artistic drawings showed it taking up most of the waterfront. Now, some people want that to change.
