The Escambia County Fire Marshal's Office ordered the tents taken down at the iconic bar on the Florida-Alabama state line and decreed no more than 300 people at a time inside its enclosed building.

If the bar is caught breaking those rules, it could be shut down, Fire Marshal Stephen Rinaldi said in a letter to Flora-Bama owner Joe Gilchrist."
