Island gets Brazilian for the summer | pnj.com | Pensacola News Journal: "No matter your nationality, from noon to 10 p.m. Sunday, you can be Brazilian.

The V.I.P. Lounge, 25814 Canal Road, Orange Beach, Ala., kicks off the summer season with its inaugural Brazilian Gulf Coast Summerfest. A festival highlight is Brazilian Casa Samba, which combines traditional Brazilian costumes, music, vocals, theater, dance and traditional percussion to capture the spirit of Brazil's Carnival. For more than two decades, Casa Samba has been bringing the flair and culture of Brazil to locales such as New Orleans."
