Father of girl who drowned will return to Baldwin for trial - Breaking News from the Press-Register - al.com: "A man who has failed to show up for trial on manslaughter charges in connection with the 2003 drowning death of his daughter will be returning soon to Baldwin County, authorities said today.

Jason Woerner, 35, formerly of Elberta, was arrested Wednesday by Charlotte, N.C., police and U.S. marshals at his mother's home in Charlotte, according to the Baldwin County Sheriff's Office.

Woerner's daughter, Breanna Lynn Woerner, died the night of July 18, 2003, at Pirates Cove Marina in southeast Baldwin County, according to media reports."
