Cy Keefer's site plan for a bingo-casino was approved Wednesday by the Escambia County Development Review Committee.

More than 50 people showed up at the committee meeting to follow the fate of the controversial bingo-casino. Of the 20 who spoke at the meeting, two were in support. The rest asked that the approval be delayed.
