'One part of cobia fishing that I enjoy is that it combines hunting and fishing techniques. Anglers and captains have to hunt for and spot the cobia, make an accurate cast to the fish and then try to reel in these monsters. Plus unlike some other saltwater fish, a large 60-pound cobia is just tasty as a smaller fish. These fish are a true delicacy.'"
