BCBE Blog: "National television crews began early today at J. Larry Newton School, interviewing students, teachers and administrators about the Alabama Math Science Technology Initiative better known as AMSTI. While bad weather hampered Governor Riley from attending as planned, Alabama’s AMSTI Director Steve Ricks welcomed special guests this morning along with Dr. Hollinger, superintendent and Mrs. Suellen Brazil, principal. After recording at Newton, video crews will visit Fairhope Intermediate and Fairhope High School."
