Mullet Wrapper- Irish take over streets of Gulf Shores during St. Paddy’s Day Walking Parade

Mullet Wrapper: "By Fran Thompson

If you are just north of the Gulf Shores Public Beach, at Papa Rocco’s, when the bagpipes sound ‘bout 9:30 on the morn’ of St. Paddy’s Day, you get credit for participating in the St. Patrick’s Day Walking Parade. And that’s even if you wave goodbye and stay at Papa’s, which some folks do. and party with musicians Bill & Colleen ‘til the parade returns about 2 that afternoon, If you are still at Papa’s at 9:30 in the evening, you’re eligible for a cab ride home courtesy of your hometown bi-weekly."
