Gov. Bob Riley to sign bill aimed at assisting coastal insurance market | al.com: "MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Gov. Bob Riley will sign into law a bill that allows some insurance companies new to Alabama to begin writing policies more quickly, a spokesman said.
