State files injunction against Orange Beach restaurant | al.com: "ORANGE BEACH, Ala. -- The state of Alabama is seeking to shut down an Orange Beach restaurant for failing to pay state sales and income withholding taxes, according to court documents.

An injunction, filed Tuesday in Baldwin County Circuit Courts civil division, claims that Lester's Inc., which does business as Lester's, failed to pay the taxes from Aug. 1, 2008, to Dec. 31, 2009."
