Fish flap raises stink | pnj.com | Pensacola News Journal: "A Pensacola man was indicted Thursday on federal charges of illegally smuggling, mislabeling and reselling more than 325,000 pounds of seafood.

John J. Popa, 57, of Pensacola was one of three people named on the 28-count indictment, which was returned by a federal grand jury in Mobile.

The indictment alleges that Popa participated in a conspiracy with two Arizona residents to buy cheap seafood from a variety of sources, relabel it as a more expensive product and resell it to customers on the Gulf Coast."
