WEAR ABC 3 : Mobile grand jury indicts 3 in seafood conspiracy

WEAR ABC 3 :: Florida News: "WASHINGTON (AP) -- A federal grand jury in Mobile has returned a 28-count indictment against three people in a seafood conspiracy case.

The Justice Department said Thursday that the three conspired to falsely label, smuggle and misbrand more than 325,000 pounds of seafood in order to defraud customers and avoid paying taxes."
