January 21, 2010 - Orange Beach, AL —The City of Orange Beach Golf Center has tons of activities planned for February 2010. February 7 is the Skins Games. Everyone is welcome, golfers gather at the pro shop at 1pm prior to tee off to register and the shot gun start is at 1:30pm. The cost is $20 for non members and $5 for members. The Skins Tournaments are held the first Sunday of every month. This year, you have the $250 hole in one sponsors are Vision Bank, Lartigue’s Seafood, Cosmo’s and Cobalt, Ginny Lane, Cox Pools, Flipper’s, Mo Fishin’ Bait & Tackle, Shipp’s Harbour Grill and Island Air.
Two more exciting events are the Snowbird Best Ball tournament held Monday, February 22 and the Snowbird Long Drive tournament held Tuesday, February 23. Give the Golf Center a call for details.
Coming up in March is the Annual Don Brewer Relay for Life Tournament. This fundraiser for the American Cancer Society will be March 6, with lunch at 12pm and shotgun start at 1pm.
