Pleasure Island Rotary Club Installs New Officers

August 13, 2009 - Orange Beach, AL - New officers for the Pleasure Island Rotary Club were recently installed at the annual barbeque held at the home of Tom and Beverly Steber. New officers are: President, Bonnie Lee; President-Elect, Alan Barnes; Vice President, Bruce Austin; Secretary, Stan Miller; Treasurer, Alisa McLeod and Sargent at Arms, Beverly Steber and Peggy Riley. The Rotary motto Service Above Self conveys the humanitarian spirit of the organization’s more than 1.2 million members. Strong fellowship among Rotarians and meaningful community and international service projects characterize Rotary worldwide.

The Pleasure Island Rotary Club meets on every Thursday for lunch, 12:00 noon at the Sunset Cork Room in Gulf Shores.
