Baldwin County schools score passing grades - al.com: "Daphne High and Foley High fell short of meeting state academic standards, but Baldwin County High passed in all areas after stumbling during the previous two years, according to reports Monday by the Alabama Department of Education.
At Daphne High, black students and lower-income students failed to pass required reading tests in sufficient numbers. In Foley, too few special education students succeeded on the tests.
Overall, 41 of Baldwin County's 43 public schools achieved all standards under the Alabama 'Annual Yearly Progress' accountability report."
