Exploring the secret reefs Video - al.com: "Scientists with the University of South Alabama and the state Division of Marine Resources have been using a $70,000 ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) underwater camera to study marine life at artificial reefs in the Gulf of Mexico. The camera allows scientists to look at fish populations and movements and study growths on the reefs. This video includes above-water footage from an April trip and underwater footage from that trip and a 2008 trip."
