Baldwin County and local municipal officials said Census Bureau representatives have asked them to help set up community meetings to discuss the upcoming count and to confirm addresses. Since the last count in 2000, Baldwin County's population has already increased by 34,024, an increase of 24.2 percent, according to census estimates."
