While the burning of Elberta's legendary Wolf Bay Lodge last year was a tragedy, the reopening of this famous eatery is a good thing for Orange Beach. And for those that can't bring themselves to patronize the new Wolf Bay, there's reason to embrace change.

'People love to sit on the deck and watch the boats, and that's been one of the nice things about this location,' Bretz said. 'And we're going to try some live solo music this summer and see how that goes. But, we do hope to open the old Elberta location in the near future, and keep this one, too. We've really been blessed.'"
