The Five Flags Tourism Group, based in Pensacola, is represented by Gulf Breeze brothers Scott and Nick Wheatley and their business associate Nick Bodkins. They want to host a concert on Casino Beach October 16 with a headliner act and a couple of opening acts, attracting approximately 30,000 visitors to Pensacola Beach."
