The 5th annual L.A. Songwriters' Festival, 'a celebration of original music,' will be held Thursday through Saturday on the American Legion Hall stage in Fairhope.

Thursday's performances start at 7 p.m. with Kyle Brady, Phil Proctor and Donnie Mills. Other performances include: 8 p.m., Stephen Foster, Johnny Barbato, Lisa Christian; 9 p.m., Heath Underwood (El Cantador), Cary Laine, Cary Hudson; 10 p.m., Sean Donahue, Jimmy Lee Hannaford, Lisa Mills; 11 p.m. Songwriters Guitar Jam."
