Officers say they first got the call about a possible accident on I-10 westbound. When they arrived, they realized it was no accident at all.
The driver, 23-year-old Chloe Vice had clothes on and got a DUI charge. Lt. Doug Phillips tells us the passenger 23-year-old Tiffany Adams had no shirt on and was arrested for public intoxication. Police say she was definitely over the limit."
